Christmas Cake - It’s in the oven…

Completed the Christmas cake tonight.  But what a phaf.  Too many bowls and trying to mix multiple ingredients in all the bowls.  I did’t like that idea.  Next year I am going to mix the ingredients my way and see what happens.







Anyway it is now 8:30pm and I have just put the cake in the oven for the next 4 1/2 hours.  I will have to set the alarm to wake me up to check on the cake to see if it is cooked.

It’s going to be a long night.
