Honey & Almond Chocolate

Honey & almond Chocolate
2 100g bars of milk chocolate
1 100g bar of dark chocolate.
100g unsalted butter
1 tablespoon honey
100g almonds
2 honeycombe (Crunchie) bars







I lined a baking sheet with baking parchment.  Melted butter and honey in a glass bowel sat over a pan of hot water.  Added the broken up chocolate to the butter and melted it.




 



Removed from the heat and mixed in the almonds and broken honeycombe bars.



 


I then tipped the mixture out onto the baking tray and flattened out.  I placed this into the fridge to set.

Once set I cut the chocolate into chunks and put into gift bags.
