Vanilla & Cranberry Chocolate

400g white chocolate
100g unsalted butter
1 tablespoon glycerin
100g cranberries
vanilla essence






I lined a baking sheet with baking parchment.  Melted butter and glycerin in a glass bowel sat over a pan of hot water.  Added the broken up chocolate to the butter and melted it.

Removed from the heat and mixed in the almonds and a few drops of vanilla essence.

I then tipped the mixture out onto the baking tray and flattened out.  I placed this into the fridge to set.
Once set I cut the chocolate into chunks and put into gift bags.
